For your convenience, we have office hours in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings. In addition we are open most Saturdays. We will make every effort to see you on time. Sometimes we do get behind. A patient may require more time than usual or we may have an emergency. We ask your cooperation and understanding in these circumstances. If you need to re-schedule an appointment, we would appreciate at least 24 hours notice.
Please try to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment so the required paperwork can be completed.
An adult must accompany patients under 18 years requiring procedures or prescriptions.
Phototherapy treatment is available Monday through Friday during regular office hours on a “walk-in” basis for our patients. Saturday treatment is available by appointment only on a “first come, first serve” basis during regular office hours.
EMERGENCIES
If you have an emergency after hours, please call (610) 828-0400. Our answering service will page the doctor "on call" for problems that cannot wait until office hours. You should receive a return call within 30 minutes. If you do not, please call the service again.
Emergency appointments are available and are made on a case by case basis. If you are having an emergency, the earlier you call, the quicker we can address your problem.
TELEPHONE CALLS
We welcome and encourage your phone calls. If you have a question for your physician, please give all the necessary details so she can relay the information to your doctor. The doctor or nurse will return your call as promptly as possible.
If you call during working hours, there maybe a lapse prior to your return call. If you are having an emergency, please inform us of your need for immediate attention.
PRESCRIPTION REFILLS
If you need prescription refills between visits, you may call our office. However, you must have been seen within the last six months or a prescription cannot be renewed due to safety issues. For your safety, certain prescriptions cannot be refilled over the phone. When calling for a prescription renewal make sure you have complete prescription information before calling, including the name of the patient, name of the medication, dosage, and pharmacy phone number. Every attempt will be made to phone refills to the pharmacy by the end of our office day. Circumstances (such as missing/unclear prescription information, pre-certification, doctor schedule, etc.) may require 24-48 hours to complete the refill process.
