worried about it. Should I have it checked?
The simple answer is yes, have it checked. Early melanoma detection is the
key to improved prognosis. It is as simple as that.
There is nothing we can do for psoriasis?
NO. There are many new and changing treatment schemes for psoriasis. We
can help you pick the appropriate regimen that meets your life style and
psoriasis activity.
I have a rash that comes and goes-do I need an appointment?
If the rash has been following this pattern, it should be evaluated.

I have an acute rash, how can I get an appointment as soon as possible?
Please call the office and ask for an appointment. If none is available,
we have a cancellation list and will try to get to you as soon as possible.
If this is not adequate, please have your primary care doctor call one of
our doctors.
I have atypical moles. Does this mean I am going to get melanoma?
No. Atypical moles are risk markers for melanoma. It implies you may have
an elevated chance for melanoma in comparison to another person. It suggests
you need to be evaluated by a dermatologist.
Can I buy your skin care products online?
We do not market products online.
Do insurance companies pay for procedures like Laser Hair Removal?
As this is deemed a cosmetic procedure, insurance companies will not reimburse
for hair removal.
Do you have the payment plans or financing for cosmetic procedures?
Yes. Please

I am having trouble with one of your bills-what should I do?
Please contact our billing office 8:30-5 PM, Monday-Friday.
I am calling but can't get through — what should I do?
Our phone operator is
working to handle the incoming phone traffic. We will get to your call. Please
keep trying even if you can't get thru at first. We have multiple phone lines
and at certain times of the day or certain weekdays such as Mondays, the
volume of incoming calls can outweigh our capacity.
I have an emergency — what should I do?
Please call our office and declare your
emergency. All of our doctors have emergency spots in their schedules. We
will do our very best to have you seen within 24 hours if you are one of
our patients. If you are a new patient, and experiencing an emergency, you
will need to have your primary care physician call one of our doctors.
